Manage or cancel a subscription

Subscriptions are billed through the app store, so you manage them there:

• iPhone or iPad: open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, then Flowstone.
• Android: open the Google Play app, tap your profile, tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then Flowstone.

Delete your account and data

In the app, go to Settings, then Danger zone, then Delete account. This removes your account and the data tied to it. You can also email us and we will take care of it.

Sleep and heart rate

These features are off until you turn them on, and you can revoke access anytime in your device Health settings. See our privacy policy for the full detail.
